Institutional Capacity Development for TARO is a mini-project focused on enhancing the capacity of the organization to form a strong organization with strong governance structures (policies, board), staffing, engagement with policymakers, office, support to artists in distress, and a 5-year strategic plan. With your support, we will be able to have a secure office, partially paid-up staffing, governance policies, engage with parliamentary advocacy on artists' rights for 3 months each year, and development of a strategic plan for 2023-2028.
